Good quality bamboo. You do need to buy some food grade mineral oil as they are very dry when you receive them, but that tends to happen with wood sitting in a dusty warehouse. Over all I am very pleased. I like the little ring hole thingy. It makes for easy grabbing and handling. 10 out of 10 would recommend 👍 I feel like these will last a very long time as long as they are oiled periodically. The three different sizes are nice too. Just over all, color me impressed.

These cutting boards are great! They are very sturdy and easy to clean. Got one set for my wife and a friend who is a chef always looking for cutting boards. They both were very happy with them and my chef friend said the circle grips are a great feature. The three sizes are great for any size job you have in the kitchen for cutting.
